From November 1st 2007, Microsoft will be making changes to their Authorised Education Reseller (AER) Programme.
In short:
Only Certified or Gold Partners will be able to qualify as AERs
Microsoft will be more vigilant in ensuring only AERs are buying and selling Academic licensing.
