		<description>Susanne,

Once again this is an excellent introduction to the community. One question that people often ask is about your "neutrality" vs Microsoft. Your community is travelling on the same road as Microsoft at the moment, often working closely together, but we are just companions. Sometimes we disagree, but that is fine. It is your community serving you not Microsoft. Microsoft wants to ensure that you making money helps it make money, but sometimes these still clash.

You show integrity and professionalism that demonstrates you know exactly what you want and need. I hope the community, Microsoft and personally myself continue to travel on this path and work towards common goals.
