Simona Milham is a great Microsoft Software trainer. I see her every so often in action and I never fail to learn something new.

And that’s the key, if you are selling products that you don’t use yourself, then be prepared for customers to ask elsewhere if you can’t answer it for them. So have a look at the tutorials yourself; you can do them in your own time, after work, and maybe teach yourself a thing or two. You’ll probably see a few of them that you can point your customers in the direction of too!

If you are in learning mode, then Microsoft are running a series of free events (yes, that’s FREE) which are run by their partner marketing team that will cover most of what you need to know to get your customers buying-into your business.
