WWPC Presentation: Episode 2
July 25th, 2006 at 10:04pm |
The second half of my part of the presentation at the Small Business Symposium at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference is now available to download.
I like this one a lot better than the first half - I think that was down to getting into the swing of things and being used to Vlad pointing the camera at me! Anyway, I hope you find it useful and watch out for Vlad’s other installments featuring Mark Taylor and Tom Crosbie.

You did great! And it was cool to see Nick on there too. This kind of stuff really helps draw the community together. Thanks for doing it!!
Hi Susanne! Great stuff…
Just an FYI…for some reason when the page loads, about 1″ of the left side of the page disappears, meaning the left side of the text in each article gets hidden. It’s like there’s a graphic overlaying the text box.
Anyway, much enjoying the content. Best regards!
Thanks for highlighting something that has been bugging me too… I am working on it and it seems to only affect the last post.
The text is still there if you highlight over it - not sure why it’s doing it though…
Susanne - the whole show was great, so it is great that Vlad is releasing this. Of course, the screen shot he has released is always a bit sus - you could be talking about the size of a US “small” piece of cheesecake!!

Now David, you and I both know that I would never.. ever.. put our dear Ms. Dansey out of context.

Hi Susanne,
Good job on all you’ve done and putting in a way people can understand and relate to, that’s a real skill.
What I’m interested in is seeing what you think the challenges are ahead for the SBS Community? Also, I’m interested in knowing of SBS/IT Pro Groups who have gone to the next stage of growth and development and learning from some good practices (i.e. did they form a steering committee, did they adopt a code of conduct, how was the membership grown, etc).
Perhaps we could tempt you in to a trip to the SBS Midlands Group? What would it take? Food, beer, rugby?
Cheers,
Vijay
