When I heard about Windows 7 (Codename ‘Vienna’) I heard it was going to have a pretty different interface to what we have seen in Vista; doesn’t look that way? I assume more development within the product will be made so that there is at least a visable reason why people would want Windows 7 over XP let alone Vista!

It will be a long time before we see Windows 7, but as is always the case, the development started straight away. Most people only saw Vista at the beta stage and this is clearly not at alpha yet.
If we want to sell to our customers, then Vista is the answer, not waiting the 2+ years (a guess) until Windows 7 ships.
