Today I mostly…
… learnt about licensing…
Now I’ve been busy selling OEM and I have been putting off sitting down and taking time out to learn about all the licensing options available to my customers. So I booked myself onto the Microsoft Events ‘Licensing 101′ and got along to Thames Valley Park to spend the day getting all the basics in place.
If you aren’t sure entirely on the who’s, what’s, why’s, and where’s, then book yourself on. It was really worth it and Jackie who took it today was great and her broad knowledge of the Microsoft ’stack’ meant that she had answers to all our questions (but one which she is going away to find out).
If you are in the UK and would like to know more then check out the following dates (subject to availability):
- Tuesday 5th September 2006
- Tuesday 17th October 2006
- Tuesday 28th November 2006
These dates will all take place at TVP in Reading and all run for one day from 09:00 - 16:30.
