For anyone else looking for accommodation - a few of us are staying at the Travel Lodge Reading Oxford Road (http://tinyurl.com/2vqwd9) at a reasonable £60 per night and only 5 minutes away from the town in a Taxi. The Reading Town Centre hotels seem to be either booked out, a touch on the expensive side, or distinctly dodgy!

  6. Richard - there is nothing ‘distinctly dodgy’ about Reading! Some of us live in them thar parts so less of the ‘distinctly’!
