In addition to making good points about customer service, it reminds how hard some of the people we interact with have to work every day.

I might only interact with 3-5 clients per day. Imagine interacting with hundreds per day -- while standing the whole time? You're almost guaranteed a few bad interactions per day.</description>

Unfortunately, we won't be able to do anything about the screaming children at supermarkets. :-)</description>
