UK Managed Services Seminar | 11th September 2007
Level Platforms, along with guest vendor Autotask, will host a Managed Services Education seminar in central London from 10am to noon on Tuesday 11th September. The seminar will address IT solution providers interested in learning more about managed services, including best practices, required steps and applicable solutions.
Guest speaker Matthew Stringer from APlus Computer Services will discuss steps required to prepare for a move from a break-fix reactive IT service to a proactive services model. Representativefrom managed services software vendors Level Platforms and Autotask will also be on hand to discuss solutions available on the market and UK success stories.
The seminar will be held at the Canadian High Commission’s MacDonald House on Grosvenor Square, Mayfair.
