I’m already addicted… and Microsoft know how to make the most of it
Father Christmas didn’t get round to my house quick enough, so I took matters into my own hands and bought myself an Xbox 360.
Not only do I have a couple of games (Gears of War and Need for Speed Carbon are great!), I have also ventured into the land of Xbox Live. This is where I am hooked, and it seems that even Robert Scoble is an ‘Xbox Wacko’.
Scoble’s observation on how Microsoft may get the edge over Google is an interesting one and something I can understand. As I steadily add my friends to my network list I can see who has what points and so the benchmarks and challenges have been set!
I certainly don’t want to expand my ‘geek gland’ anymore than I already have but the Microsoft ‘points’ system has already got me playing the games for more than just the fun of it!
You obviously hadn’t been good enough during the year for Santa to get you what you wanted!
